Buying art can be a daunting experience, especially online. But you are safe and secure when you choose to buy my artwork.

Below you’ll find answers to many standard questions that may go through your mind during the buying process. If you have a question that does not appear here, please reach out to me through my Contact page.

+ Who are you?

My name is Yuri, and I'm a photographer from Dominica. Read my story here.

+ What print materials do you use?

I offer prints on Aluminum, Canvas, Acrylic, Wood and several Fine Art Papers. I have partnered with a printing facility that uses top quality, museum grade materials and inks. We have selected the best materials to reproduce the bold, rich images you see on screen. Detailed descriptions of materials are included in the image preview area.

+ What are your printing standards?

My printing partner has been in the business of printing art for decades. Their work is second to none and they produce each print carefully using industry leading equipment. Your art will look beautiful!

+ What are your finishing options?

Every wall art option has a finishing that comes ready-to-hang. However, if you'd like to buy the print only, this is possible as well for the prints on Fine Art Papers and Posters.

+ Do you sell frames for your art prints?

Yes! Both Canvas and Prints have beautiful framing options for your new wall art. However, these frames are not available as stand-alone purchases.

+ Why are your photographs so expensive?

My fine art photographs are different from ordinary photographs, and their pricing reflects this difference. Each image is carefully selected and digitally adjusted, then printed by calibrated equipment onto a museum-quality metal, canvas or paper. The bold colors will brighten your room for a century without fading.

+ Do you offer discounts on large orders?

+ How do I know my order went through?

Immediately after you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation containing your order number, order details, final order total, billing and shipping information, which will be sent to the email you provide during checkout.

+ What is your production turnaround time?

Production of any one print can take between 3 to 5 business days.

+ Can I cancel my order?

If the order is cancelled prior to production, I will provide a full refund. Once the order has been printed I cannot provide a refund, but I will provide the full amount in store credit if the cancellation request is made prior to shipping, and I am able to arrange for the prints to be redirected to my address.

+ How long does it take an order to ship?

After entering your shipping address during the checkout process, the final checkout page will provide you with all available delivery options. Please note orders placed after 12pm (EST) will count as an order for the next day.

+ Will you provide a tracking number?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information as soon as your product(s) are shipped. You may click on the tracking number in the e-mail to view transit details.

+ What is your guarantee? Do you have a return policy?

If you're not happy with a purchase, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, the print company will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - I cannot reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
